Faculty Nomination

Have you ever wondered what your professor might say if this were his or her last lecture?
Have you ever taken a course from a faculty member that you thought was an inspirational teacher?
Have you ever taken a course from a faculty member that you wished you had the opportunity to get to know better as a person?
Is there a faculty member who has a passion for something that makes you want to hear more?

Then take the time to nominate this fabulous faculty member for the Last Lecture Series award! A student committee will select the winner from among those nominated by current University of Alabama graduate and undergraduate students. The winner will be honored with a cash award and have the opportunity to present a lecture as if it were his/her last ever. This is a great opportunity for students to share the talents of their favorite professor with The University of Alabama and Tuscaloosa community.

Please, submit your nomination by Friday, February 29, 2008 for Spring 2008 lecture.
